Artist’s Drive
Death Valley National Park - California
1987
Yashica Mat 124G + Tmax 100 film
Notes: Artist’s Drive rises up to the top of an alluvial fan fed by a deep canyon cut into the Black Mountains. Looking across Death Valley and to the West we see Telescope Peak in the Panamint Mountains with an elevation of 11,331 feet (3,454m). Looking down into the valley is the Badwater salt flat at 282 feet below sea level (-86m).
